Pom Smit

As a concept developer at Hypar Collective, I translated ideas and stories into form, light, and interaction. Working within a multidisciplinary team of light and sound designers, engineers, and technicians, I contributed to developing and presenting concepts for interactive light installations—sometimes starting from festival themes, other times from our own explorations. I created digital prototypes, shaped interaction principles, and helped build and test the installations on site to ensure the experience aligned with the intended interaction. I was also involved in hosting and guiding visitors during events, helping the work land with the audience.
